Your first stop for internet support should be our Frequently Ask Questions page. Here you will find the most common answers our users are looking for. Everything from error messages to email problems are listed.

Email is checked several times a day and an internet technician will respond quickly to your request.

PHONE SUPPORT

PCS offers free phone support for our customers experiencing any of the following:

- Problems with dial up connection
- Problems sending/receiving email with:
  Netscape Messenger/Outlook/Outlook Express
- Problems with internet browser: 
  Netscape/Internet Explorer
- Problems with username/password
- Help diagnosing modem/internet software issues

PCS does NOT offer free phone support for the following:

- Modem installation issues
- Modem driver issues
- Internet software issues:
  (AOL, ICQ, Instant Messenger, Web TV, etc…)

PCS phone support technicians are more than happy to help you in determining if you are experiencing one of the above but are unable to resolve the problem over the phone.

A special bench rate of $40/hour is available to our internet customers that are experiencing problems with their modems. You may drop your computer off at our office during regular business hours which are: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
