Outlook Express

Why does my computer disconnect after sending/receiving email?

Outlook Express is set to hang up after sending and receiving.
To fix follow the steps below:

1. Inside of Outlook Express click on Tools and then click on Options
2. Click on the Connection tab
3. Under the Dial-up section uncheck the box that says 'Hang up after sending and receiving'
